My experiences have taught me the value of openness when approaching a design challenge. I believe that there's no one-size fits all template to creating a great user experience. You have to embrace the unique opportunities and constraints inherent to every problem and season according to taste, so to speak. ? I'm known for being the storyteller on the team, tying the data and questions together into a cohesive vision and path forward for my stakeholders. I'm the first person to grab the whiteboard marker and most likely to ask "What haven't I asked you that you think would be valuable for me to know?" Outside of work, I'm learning 3D modeling, crushing in pub trivia, and watching too much wrestling.
